Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

Partial cancellations are not allowed. Only full orders can be canceled.

If your order is canceled while in transit, the refund will be processed once it is received back at our warehouse.
Returns & Exchange
We offer a 15-day easy return & exchange policy — no questions asked!

You can return or exchange one or all products from your order.

However, only one return/exchange request is allowed per order.

Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and freebies intact.

If items are used, altered, or returned without tags, the return/exchange will be declined.

All returns go through a quality check before refund/exchange is approved.
Refunds

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are initiated within 48–72 hours after a successful pickup and quality check.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns/exchanges for:
Used, washed, or damaged items
Items missing tags, original packaging, or freebies
Items returned without prior request or approval
