Refund policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

  • Partial cancellations are not allowed. Only full orders can be canceled.

  • If your order is canceled while in transit, the refund will be processed once it is received back at our warehouse.

Returns & Exchange

We offer a 15-day easy return & exchange policy — no questions asked!

  • You can return or exchange one or all products from your order.

  • However, only one return/exchange request is allowed per order.

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and freebies intact.

  • If items are used, altered, or returned without tags, the return/exchange will be declined.

  • All returns go through a quality check before refund/exchange is approved.

Refunds

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are initiated within 48–72 hours after a successful pickup and quality check.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

  • Items missing tags, original packaging, or freebies

  • Items returned without prior request or approval
